Aleksandra Zdravković

When I think about Future Studies, I think about people: young, ambitious, eager for knowledge, authentic, leaders in their professions, and drivers of social change. A year of work with such individuals, alongside the team at Belgrade Open School, has brought numerous experiences and very pleasant moments. Discussions, clash of opinions on various topics, the internship program, and mentorship have been just a few activities that made my time at BOS more than enjoyable. BOS is a place where excellence is never enough, a place where people share their knowledge aiming to inspire all young people to work on themselves, contributing not only to personal development but also to societal advancement. The program has produced over 1300 outstanding alumni, who even today, after 30 years, continue to selflessly engage in numerous activities of this program. Since my professional team at Belgrade Open School provided me with the opportunity to work within the BOS business sector, I strive to share my experiences and encourage other young people to become part of Future Studies.
