The participants of the "Improving Skills for Project Development and Project Cycle Management" training had the opportunity to find out more information about concepts and tools for successful project writing. Through interactive sessions and workshops, principals of elementary schools, teachers and professional associates gained insight into the importance of proper planning and structuring of projects, as well as methodologies for effective management of project activities.
One of the key topics was "Introduction to Project Cycle Management", where participants learned how to identify, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects by their goals. Also, the participants analyzed the importance of project logic for the success of projects.
