Through Mapping Of Skills And Trainings
Despite big efforts of European Union to amortize the problems occurred with the big inflow of refugees in last few years, there are still many challenges needed to be solved.
Big number of refugees and migrants is still not integrated into our societies, and one of the biggest issues in the process of their integration into the labor market. The main aim of the project ALMIT is to contribute to refugees’ and migrant integration and finding a quicker way for their inflow into the labor market. During the project, trainings and sessions will be designed and implemented, in the area of language, civic and intercultural education. Special emphasis will be put on development of curriculum for language learning, materials for civic and intercultural learning, train-the-trainers manuals, e-learning platforms, guidelines on labor market regulations, etc.
Project ALMIT is coordinated by Sofia University (Bulgaria), in cooperation with Council of Refugee Women in Bulgaria (Bulgaria), Zgura-M Ltd. (Bulgaria), Austrian Young Workers Movement - ÖJAB (Austria), Municipality of Sid (Serbia), Philanthropy (Serbia), Düzce Governorship and Düzce İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü (Turkey), and Belgrade open school.
