The key objective of the work is to raise knowledge and understanding of the relevant stakeholders on the challenge of just energy transition of coal-reliant regions, the risks and opportunities of the process. 

The focus of the project was on filming a documentary show in cooperation with N1 television. This show aimed to show the state of the energy system in Serbia, the impact of coal energy production on the health of the surrounding population, as well as what steps need to be taken in Serbia started and successfully implemented the process of the just energy transition, through conversations with experts and residents of the region near the coal mines. Moreover, we covered the topics of the first energy cooperative founded in Sabac and the wind farm in Kovacica, as positive examples of changes that need to be implemented.
