In order to ensure continuous coordination and development of lifelong career guidance policies, Belgrade Open School (BOS) continued to advocate for the improvement of quality and effectiveness of career guidance and counselling services. In 2018, the team of Belgrade Open School provided the support for the development of the "Bylaw on conditions, work, activities and composition of teams for career guidance and counselling in secondary schools that have educational profiles in dual education". Moreover, BOS carried out training courses for representatives of teams for career guidance and counselling in secondary schools and supported the implementation of workshops for students in schools who had participated in the training. Within this project, BOS contributed to the promotion of quality services of career guidance and counselling and provided services of online career counselling for young people.

The project was implemented in the period from the 7th of March to 30th November 2018 with the support of the Solidar Suisse – Office in Serbia.
