Belgrade Open School through the project „PRAKSAM“ continues to support the improvement of employability and employment of youth in Serbia by creating opportunities for them to gain work experience and connect to the world of work. 

BOŠ will first announce an open call to business companies that wants to participate in the project as internship providers and potential employees. After the selection process, BOS team will conduct a needs analysis within the companies in order to define a specific internship positions. After that phase, BOS team will recruit and select 15 young interns who will gain the opportunity to be engaged for 3 months in the business companies that are operating successfully in Serbia.

Interns will be assigned mentors from the company in which they will have internship. The project will also include trainings for mentors from selected companies, as well as training for career management for selected interns, which will aim to present the advantages of quality internships program and to empower them for further career development.

The project will be realized by the Belgrade Open School, in the period from June 2017. until 31th January 2018. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
