The aim of this policy summary is to point out the different types of inequalities that exist among young people and to explain how these differences can affect the weakening of social cohesion. This document shows how inequalities among young people affect their unequal access to the labor market in different regions, with recommendations for overcoming this problem. This document was developed within the project "Mind the Gap: Strengthening the OSF Alumni Network in Serbia and the Western Balkans", which is supported by the Open Society Foundations (OSF).
