The aim of this policy brief is to point out the different kinds of inequalities that exist among young people and explain how these differences can affect the weakening of social cohesion. This document showed how inequalities among young people affect their regional disparities in the access to the labour market, and it also provides recommendations for overcoming this problem. This document was drafted within the ‘’Mind the Gap: Strengthening of the OSF Alumni Network in Serbia and the Western Balkans’’ project, which was supported by the Open Society Foundations(OSF).
