The aim of this document is to provide support for high schools in the process of developing a career guidance and counseling programme, through recommendations for its structure, content and good practice examples. This document was made within the ‘’Occupied by Future Occupation -improving the employability of youth through career informing on occupations of high school students’’, which was financed by the Solidar Suisse/ Swiss Labour Assistance (SLA)- Office in Serbia.
